Any suggestions on how to fix this besides a new wheel all the Lugnuts came loose on the back wheel. It’s on a Chinese Tractor enough said about that.

I don't know if your studs are long enough for this, I have seen a ring with new holes that you can weld into the center that gives you new tight holes for the nuts.

That will be a challenging repair, but not knowing all the facts here's what I might try. You need nuts with a taper on them, then get enough heavy flat washers to fit over each stud, and countersink the washers with a taper that corresponds to the nuts. Center up the wheel on the hub the best you can, put on the washers and tighten the nuts, then weld the washers to the wheel center. Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.

Since it is a chinese tractor it likely has some oddball bolt circle.

You might not find a reinforcement ring (Hey Wheel dot com) that matches.

If that is the case find one that is close. Then cut it into equal segments. Secure segments under lug nuts/bolts and weld segments to wheel center.

Doing that will be easier if the wheel center hole is hub centered vs lugs centered.

Go to the link below and look at Page F3.

They have "wheel reinforcing rings" which most likely won't fit you "metric" tractor, and individual "wheel repair washers".

I like the idea, this might be a short cut. Regular thickness washers will Cone to match the lug taper if tightened into place with the wheel centered on the hub. Once all of them are in place and tight, tack them. add a second washer and repeat the coning process one at a time. Weld the full perimeter of both so they compound the strength. If it is yours, you know it is compromised. if it is not yours, I would have a witnessed disclaimer signed by the owner and you and witness in triplicate. Jim

Super 99 has it right -- one piece repair ring or maybe individual ones welded on -- if the stud is long enough -- easy fix but You will need a welder -- something at least 3/16 thick - 1/4 would be better - and add a lock nut if You need to ! just My thoughts - good luck- Roy

Thanks for the reply’s. They are tapered lug nuts. I was thinking of a washer but I didn’t know they made a ring I could weld on. It gives me some options thanks.

Conical washers may do it. It worked for me one time and it wasn't even Chinese. It was the superintendent of the maintenance department here. I think that it would be worth a try.
