Probably not many more mowing jobs

I just got the ok for a good mowing job. Four acres of rock free ground with a gentle slope covered with dry weeds my flail mower really chews up. I would like more jobs like this. To top it off, I am getting a good wage. This job makes up for the last job I did a couple days ago. Soft hills some I couldn't cut going up, only down. Only one small flat spot in field the rest hilly. All the empty fields should be cut, or disked by now in Southern California. Now everyone waits for the fire season which has started, but gets worse toward the end of the year. Stan

I hope that you don't load your tractor for a good rate plus 20% profit.

SV are you talking profit or rate. Most successful businesses figure jobs at materials plus labor at prevailing rates and then add 20% profit.

I shoot for 50% profit . I track every Nut bolt washer and drop
of oil or grease that goes on a machine
