I have a factory industrial super a. It was my granddads then it was my dads now it s mine. It has been painted red by my dad and fallen into desperate need of restoration and was wondering how long it has taken people to get it so it is able to work for the summer

all depends on whats wrong with it, what you are planning to do to it and how much time and money you have to spend on it. need your input.
 
If it "ran when parked", you should have plenty of time to get it up and running. Unless you spend most of your time sitting and looking at it, then it may take forever.
 
My goal was to at least get it running hopefully the magneto was all that I needed to do on it but I have to time it. But I think my second biggest issue is that it got water in the trans and the gear don t always go in but I want to use it for cultivating and hopefully planting instead of my Massey Ferguson 150 with a 99 loader
