I just installed a TSC sediment bowl/fuel valve on my Massey. It didn't leak! or should I say it hasn't leaked yet?

yep, spoke too soon. ran it about 5 minutes and it started leaking. gonna let the gasket soak before futher messing with it

MOST of those aftermarket sediment bowls can be made to work with a little fussing, but seldom is one good to go right out of the box.

Just don't over tighten the bale on it. Warps the body. How about the beautiful brass one that was on here a couple of weeks ago?

Might use gasket sealer on cork gasket? Mine took forever to seal.

One thing I learned the hard way with TSC bowl/valve assemblies. The shutoff knob screw is not tight. Withing a few days of installing a new assembly I lost the knob. Fortunately I had kept the old assembly. I checked another new assembly and found the screw very loose. Just sayin.
