Yeah? What would you call people who routinely laugh at and ridicule safety procedures?

They're sure not the epitome of intelligence are they?
 

At least they had an adequate spark arrestor! I guess that's what the big metal tube/funnel is doing there.
 
I saw a pic or video of workers laying on their belly grinding something. I thought it had to do with plows. They had dogs lay on their legs to help keep them warm. I might have seen it on here. I thought it was interesting.
