Might be a tad far from home for ya, BUT. I was working the tractor club booth at the QC Farm Show today and was talking with a guy that has a Case Chisel plow and possibly a Case grinding mill. He said the mill is painted in Case colors but he can't find a ID tag on it. The mill is inside, he is looking for someone who collects Case equipment to keep it from the scrappers. He said the price would be reasonable,he is in Lena, Ill. E mail is open if your interested in calling him. Chris
 
Well Jon will know more about than I, but i had a neighbor who had a small Case grinder, it had a drag auger on it,and a dust collector,no tank, i think that was a Gehl Brand!
 
I sent an email. I am looking for a chisel plow and depending on what the mill is I may be interested too. It is a long way tho.
 
Case never bought any Gehl equipment to sell,, maybe cih but that is not Case to me and the red garbage I have no care to learn what is what,, the Case ones were made by Helix mfg
 
Jon if you would like someone to take a look at it for you I might be able to do that. I took engine parts to my machine shop at Monroe WI yesterday and Lena would not be real far out of the way for me to look at them when I pick up my parts. Tom
 
No, and I like a good road trip. But with a tight budget it gets hard to justify. Hope next year is better so I can do more traveling like this again.
