Got it home safe and sound

Now I have to read owner's manual and figure out all the neat features.
My first new tractor 2019 3560 LE.

I'm sure Barney, TY DOT officer, will find something wrong. He always does.
I noticed yesterday I forgot to renew trailer tags. I renewed them online so I have proof on phone I did.
The BOSS likes it too. I'll let her play with it until I get the barn finished at other end of country. Then she'll have to use the Farmall and Terramite.

I need a backup camera. I'm blind backing off trailer. Can't see ramps or rear wheels.

I'd be interested in what issues, if any, you might have with the tier 4 regeneration/filter system. Maybe you could let us know in about 6 months. I ask because I was thinking of a new Kubota.

You mean I have to pay for this tractor?
Actually my 401k will make the payment. 60 month, zero interest. no money down.
So in reality it's not money coming out of wallet. I feel like I'm having my cake and eating it too.

This isn't going to be a show tractor. Like all my tractors this will be a working Girl. Going to call her Hota instead of Kubota.

Nice going George, good looking tractor and by the smile on the bosses face you'll have limited seat time.

Looks good, George! I bet you both will get a lot of use and enjoyment out of it. When we first got out JD I was coming back in the yard with the brush cutter on and my wife came out and said, "don't shut it off, I want to use it"!

Looks like you may have gained a tractor and an operator or if she really likes the tractor you may have lost a tractor and gained an operator. Once again congrats, I am sure you will enjoy it.

Can?t see rear tires on my backhoe either.i just make sure the ramps are lined up with the wheels and back straight off the trailer, never had a problem, and I load and unload that machine sometimes 5-6 times a day.just make sure the trailer is parked on pretty level ground.enjoy!

I don't see having it delivered a big deal. I'll trailer it to two different properties during the summer at least 2 to 3 times a month to mow.

I feel I got a fair deal. Talked dealer into giving me a pair of mirros, about $250 retail with tax.

A little over kill there . and maybe i am just to old school but three 5/16 ths chains and three binders would be enough on that . , i only use six on chains on a D7 E-F . and they weigh in between 44-48000.

This could be a Red Green quote.
If woman doesn't find you handsome they should at least find your tractor handy.
How many woman mow their yard with a tractor instead of a riding mower? And her Idea of a zero turn mower is a 1950 Farmall C with a narrow front end. Trims with a GT275 with 48 inch mower.

Well It goes without saying I am elated..I have never met George in person but over the last three years or so we have had some good conversations. Me down playing his termites, talking about wanting gas engine in new cab tractor, and a hundred other things. Just one day last week I had to try and talking him into not buying a used unit he had found. Great guy that really does his homework on purchases. I truly hope this KUBOTA works out for him because I know I will catch it if it does not. Glad it is home and love talking to him any time , he is a great guy.

Not a orange tractor fan, but looks nice, if you use the 3pt a lot you will love the retractable arms or hitch ends! I don?t know if you will like the r4s?

Thanks jm for all your advice. I find it hard to believe RxCBD allows me to tolerate diesel exhaust. That said, the Kubota exhaust is only noticeable when it starts, yet no headaches. I can now die a happy man after I get new pole barn up and another Kubota for the BOSS.

Who has the best deal on forks?
George

Perhaps I should paint the fuel cap green to match the green fuel pump color.
So why are fuel cans yellow, not green? Or why isn't the pump handle yellow?
George

George, it's good to see you decided to spend some of your hard-earned money on something fun for yourself, instead of socking it away in a boring annuity.

He's the perfect Kubota owner will put about 35 very easy hours a year on his tractor and as you pointed out will be replacing a Termite so he won't be expecting much
in the way of performance(LOL)I'd like to put that tractor in the field pulling a disk or plow against one of my 40-60 year old tractors rated at the same HP for a couple days and see which gets the most work done.Or on a construction job like we use the JD 955 and 855 running them all day putting gravel in basements.

Traditional Farmer,
First I'm elated I can stand the smell of Kubota's exhaust withoaut getting a headache.

Planning on retiring the Jubilee or using her as a backup. Nothing wrong with it, just wanted a cab.
Jubilee will typically get 60 hours a year mowing. In the past 6 years I only used it once pushing snow. 7 years ago I got so much snow I had no place to push it too.

I put 1600 hours in 11 years on first terramite. Don't remember how many hours I put on second terramite, around 100 hrs a year.
Terramites woundn't get retired. They go places clearing land that I don't want to take Kubota for fear of damaging the cab. The hoe is handy loging too.

This is my first brand new tractor. Had to read manual several times to learn all features. Impressive tractor.

Neighbor will want firewood soon. I'm looking forward to loading his truck in my warm cab.

Congrats on the new unit you have enough chains on it to hold a D8 down,, always better to have more than not enough,, but for that toy you indeed went way over board,, and yes I have hundreds of thousands of miles under my belt hauling equipment as large as a D8L been doing it since the 60's again Congrats on the new machine, we have a 4230 HST here with almost 500 hours on it now,, for todays machines it is a very good one,, although I am no fan of hydros but for the jobs it does it works well

No it wont compete with a ag tractor as far as ground engagement equipment HST eats up to much HP BUT for mowing and loader work it will out work most every 2WD ag tractor equal to its HP... It will do it with ease, its fast and most of all comfortable..

To compete with a ag tractor it needs more gear selections the problem with that is it slooows it down :( so slow it takes the fun out of it...

Geo

HST is a learning curve if the tractor starts to get in a bind you are use to giving it more throttle on HST lift up on the HST pedal and let the engine RPM catch up... That helps take the HST load off of it....

Don't forget to take it out of 4WD on the road

This isn't going to be a show tractor. Like all my tractors this will be a working Girl. Going to call her Hota instead of Kubota.

A working girl named Hota

I never heard that word so I googled Hota

Given what Urban dictionary defines hota as you may want to consider a different name, unless of course you come across a cheap hoe to mount :D

George, Congrats on joining all of us happy Kubota owners. I noticed that in one of your replies you mentioned loading tree limbs into a truck. Do yourself a favor and bolt a spill guard of some sort across the top of the bucket so limbs can't tumble over the bucket top and roll down the boom arms, and so stone/gravel doesn't spill off back of bucket down onto hood. I'm sure you have some scrap angle iron and wood scraps laying around to make a "Redneck Spill Guard".-------------------------Loren

Congratulation on the new tractor ! It does look like you may not get to run it much ? Seems like she may of just claimed it. LOL.
So do you really think the cbd oil did the trick or did Kubota just get the exhaust cleaned up good with all the new emissions ?

I think both, clean exhaust and CBD.

Stopped off at a truck stop today. An older semi belching black smoke wasn't a pleasant experience.

Air is clean inside cab.

I played with it a little today cleaning off garden. Not a problem inside cab.

I never knew anything about Kubota's HST and stall guard. It was nice. If the loader was full of dirt and I was pushing into a pile, tractor stopped moving forward, didn't spin a wheel, dig a hole or stall the engine. SWEET. I never thought I need a third front end loader, I was wrong.

I would like a kubota hoe if all I had to do is pull a lever and rotate the seat.
No way will I get out of cab, climb over dirt, sit on a different seat outside the cab to operate the hoe. Get off hoe if I want to change engine speed. No way will I short stick the hoe to move it. I'll keep my terramites for digging up stumps or making a trench.
