Unfortunately, I can't find much info on this machine. It's a Hanomag Perfekt 300. I like the hood styling - don't remember seeing anything else quite like it.
Can't tell you anything about the torque tube or even the years this tractor was produced, but found a couple of pages that have info about. One is about Hanomag, the company, and it talks about how they made tractors after WWII. They were eventually bought out by Massey Ferguson. That page is in English and is here:
