2015 Chev Silverado trailer outlet (jack) will not work

I have a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado with the factory trailer electrical plugs on back. It is a combination plug that accepts both a round connector and the flat connector. It was working fine. A couple weeks ago the wiring under my livestock trailer got pulled down and the wires were snapped. I replaced the flat four wire trailer wiring this afternoon making sure the correct two wires went to the right side and the correct two wires went to the left side. Not my first rodeo. Anyway nothing works. I opened a new set of trailer lights and temporary hooked them up on the pickup bumper just twisting the wires together, including the ground. Plugged the flat connector in and still nothing. My question is this?????? Is wiring for the trailer outlet fused somewhere on the truck??? Did fuses get blown when the wires underneath the trailer got pulled tight against some metal? All of the lights, turn signals, and brake lights work correctly on the pickup - just nothing works on the trailer. Can't seem to find anything in the owners manual. Thanks for the help.

If you are looking for the fuses on your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 that are tied to your trailer wiring then those will be in the fuse department in the engine compartment. You can find this information as well as a list of what all the fuses are tied to in your copy of your owner's manual.

1 - Trailer Brake
2 - Trailer Battery
14 - Trailer Stop/Turn Lamps, Left
15 - Trailer Parking Lamps
16 - Trailer Back-up Lamp
17 - Trailer Stop/Turn Lamps, Right
64 (Relay) - Trailer Parking Lamps
