I posted a little while back about prices on belts for our Gehl 1865 round
baler. Well after talking to a few people we found out the local guy who
used to be a big belt guy in the area sold his business to an Amish
fellow. Dad's going to get a hold of him tomorrow. Tonight I took 3 bad
belts off the baler. What fun. I don't know who came up with the belt
routing or how they did it. First time taking one off, and putting them
back on should be real frustrating by the looks of it ! Had a couple small
tears length ways on the belts, but mostly the actual splice was tearing
out.
