Anyone here from West Virginia ???

I'm going back there some day and see if I feel better about it. I wanted to go there in the worst kind of way,but when I got there I had the darndest feeling of anxiety I've ever felt. We were there for three nights in a heck of a nice cabin. When I got back in to Kentucky I felt myself relax and slump right down in to the seat. I don't know for the life of me what it was.

That was great! Thanks for posting. Use the 2nd Crazy Horse link to get there. Well worth it, unless you dislike country music.

I've spent alot of time there, it's just across the Potomac from me. Wife is from the Charleston area and have alot of friends and relatives there. Different world. They don't call 911.

As for the video, the sad thing is that the people in there have essentially been banned from popular country music (suprised Alan Jackson even appeared in it). Back in the 90's and before, there was so much pride in the format of the music and the older performers were respected as if to carry on the tradition. Today even if an older country star makes it on a 'country station' they don't last long. Although I'm glad to see this, ironic that CMA would put in the very stars they've kicked out. Murder on Music Row.

Have a lot of friends in WV they're individuals just like everyone else I know really. As far as that song goes though about 98% of the Shenandoah River is in Virginia,WV has the
Headwaters for the Potomac River. Blue Ridge Mountains are also in Virginia and points South.Still a good song.

That was beautiful! So well done. West Virginia is a beautiful place. I have hiked, caved, camped, and mountain biked in a few different areas of WV, Love the the state.

I live almost within spitting distance from Mason WV, 4 miles from the Ohio river and it comes to the low water mark on the Ohio side. So I'm pretty close to the state. Good hard working dedicated people probably the most dedicated to their state that I've ever met. That video was great, so many artist and the songs blended in beautifully. Keith

(quoted from post at 09:47:32 05/22/19) This is pretty cool, click on the link below. For West Virginians or anyone else for that matter. Nicely arranged ... takes about four minutes.
