Anybody able to load pictures on classic

I tried yesterday and today with no luck. I didn't get the warning, just nothing happens. No picture uploads. I tried on modern view and couldn't there either. That may have been my fault though. I don't use modern so I might have been doing something wrong.

I can load a new picture on modern but I can?t reply to a post with a picture no matter what I do

Couple of years ago (maybe) I had a problem. The subject came up and the site mgrs indicated some changes were made. Since then I just drop down to "advanced posting" and follow the prompts.

On the picture geez what a nightmare.
