Went to a show at the Shelby Iron works park today. Only 16 tractors but they had a sawmill, syrup cooking, blacksmith, and a nice flea market/ craft show. Also a small car show. My folks were able to meet us there and my dad drove the cub in the parade. Fun day in Central AL. Oh. Also a dude in a kilt!??? Why?

now If he had a bagpipe . Looks like a neat little show . Been thinking I should restart the little show we had here a few years ago I think there is a handful of tractors that would show up

What is the wood post and frame structure in the back ground for? I initially thought a barn being built but there is a tower section. What is it going to be?

The local tractor club in my area relocated an old post and beam barn and made the needed repairs. It turned out really nice. It adds a lot of character to their tractor show grounds.

It's actually concrete. The park was a huge iron producer during WW 1. Most of it's long gone. That structure is there and a large brick smoke stack. They have a really nice little museum that covers the history. Maybe this link works?
