You got to do what you got to do so you can do what you like to do. I had to modify my tractor and lawn mower seats using a seat cushion I got off ebay. To keep cushion on seat, I placed it under a slip on cover. I bought a slip on cover for lawn mower.

I was lucky to find a monroe seat for my ford a few years ago. I'm almost 70 year old body can't stand jaring. 15 years ago two different Dr told me I needed spinal fusion. No way. So I do what I got to do so I can keep on going.

Modified all 4 of my tractors and most of my lawn mowers/garden tractors.

What have you done to your tractors or mowers so you can keep going?

I just went and got four spinal surgery's and one was a fusion--best thing i ever did except for my knee replacement!

You can get one of those flat screen wall mounters from HF and modify it for the tractor hood.

15 years ago Dr may have done more fusions than today. They left some on pain meds for the rest of their life. Back then Dr didn't have a way to locate nerves. Dr told me if he runs a screw into your nerve, I would be pooping in a bag and get pushed around in a wheelchair. No thanks.

I'm sure surgery techniques have improved. My Dr said wait until hospital get a machine to locate nerves. I said NO THANKS.

A friend has spinal issues. His Dr told him if you are not in a wheelchair forget fusion.

A few years ago neighbor put a shotgun in his mouth. He was on lifetime of pain killers because of many botched spinal surgeries. Not sure if the pain killers is why he decided to off himself.

Then I could attach a backup camera to help when I'm hooking up to equipment and I won't have to turn around. Great idea!

I used a small air bag off a semi cab,then used the air seat control valve worked great on my mower seat

I did 4 years worth of physical therapy before my Dr would do surgery. My neighbor said he was a quack because he would not cut on her. That was 16 years ago, and I asked her awhile back how her back is doing, and she said, she had not had any problems for years. I did have a good Doctor.

I finally made the leap and bought a full suspension to put under my lawn mower seat.
