Can't say for sure but they may be mounted the same way the worthington duals were mounted. The center is a weight that mount to the hub and than the
wheels are mounted to the weight. The rims are actually not mounted to the hubs.

Don?t recall ever seeing a left side cutterbar mower. Rakes
and balers yes. Mowers no.

Check out Hickey Jeep dual wheel adapters on line. Vic Hickey made several conversion parts for military and civilian Jeeps. The dual adapters were very popular for getting around Korea during that war.

If the cutterbar was mounted to the right, it would be pretty hard to watch from a left-hand driver's seat.
