Saturday Snow

A sad sight to wake to on a Saturday morning. White ground and less than half mile visibility. With harvest at only 62% complete in Sask. there is a lot of crop out in the fields soaking now. Took this shot of my yard about an hour ago.

We had 4-5" of snow already 14 days ago, took 3 days to melt,..still wet out there. The crop is less than 10% harvested.Lots of canola and grains still green, lots of it still standing or lodged.
Freezing temps at night.

My son says they got 5cm in Ponoka Alberta today too.

In the same boat here in the Edmonton area. Harvest just started and 2 weeks of snow already. Have had a foot of snow in two doses. The
first half melted and then got the second half over the past couple days.
