Put a battery in it and air up the tires and it will be ready to work. Don't worry about the flower box. And you don't even have to blow the can off the muffler.
 
I really like those old Massey Harris tractors of that time. They were strong old machines.
I had one pulling my sawmill for years.

Roy ....... for sure you forgot to add the bell housing/clutch at the back of the engine and probably the driveshaft to the tranny/differential. Other than that plus what you mentioned, it should be ready to go. Hope you're feeling better, good luck with the recovery.
