I have a 1370 I purchased not long ago. It lost all hydraulics and steering. The trans filter gauge was reading low. We cleaned the screen in the bottom of the rear end and everything worked good for 10-15 hours. Now the trans filter gauge will read in the red if you run over 1500 rpm. When the gauge drops into the red everything works fine. Should I be concerned and what should I check?

There are two hydraulic filters that need to be replaced, when cover is removed you will need a bucket to catch oil when bottom plate is removed as you will lose about 4-5 gallons.go to CaseIH and get filter kit as it comes with filters and cover gasket. Also make sure bypass valve is installed correctly when filters are replaced.Refill with CaseIH hytran no cheap fluid unless you want clutch pack troubles.Scott

We changed those filters and run for only a hour or two before the screen plugged. I didn?t think they would be plugged that quick.

It could be plugged that quick quite easily, if something is wrong. Like scott said, your brake disks could be failing, and the shredded-up brake lining ends up plugging your screen.
