That is the itchy est damn stuff I ever tangled with. My dad raised it one year and never again!!!
 
Good for you,, I always liked the extra custom work,, sadly my customers who had me cut are all but gone now,, I do have some alfalfa seed to do for a neighbor this year,, 60-100 acres it looks like,, I get half the seed on those jobs, I see you have a By Cool they work great out in our drier areas I used to sell them and have at least two I use here

Ever hear the story about my 95 and a utility pole right in the middle of a first visit to a custom combining, hay patch? The auger chute doesn't like poles........
 
I?d like to hear that story ? I need to repair my auger so it will go out with the hydraulics according to the book there?s an orffice that needs cleaned and there?s a couple other things to Check . I always put the auger in to go down the road and then open the field up after I get a bin full I?ll fold the auger out and latch it .
 
Can you tell me a little about the by cool ? This ones actually a plainsman but I?d guess they?d be the same . I?ve only put water in this one once but the mats are missing and then there?s a roller on which I?m guessing should be covered in some material should there be a pump to circulate the water ?
 
Yes it?s itchy stuff it?ll separate the men from the boys in a hurry . I don?t like it but I have a good fan and it sure beats riding on the combine with dad and grandpa with both doors and the windows open and the dust and chaff pouring in the cab so thick you could cut it with a knife
