Gotta say I have never seen a load like this!

That is a Temple ton loader built in the 40's and 50's. I don't remember the town in Ohio they built in. There were two models and they were made to fit most row crop tractors. A lot of them were mounted on Allis' WD's and Silver King 3 wheelers.
 
Never had one but grew up around them. Uncle had one on his WD. Think they mounted with the cultivator brackets.
