Had to a brake job and swap some tires for the transport power unit yesterday . Then finished cultivating today baled some straw the old 440 handled 36 feet of straw quite well . Then hooked on the sprayer so I can kill some morning glory patches . Tomorrow need to go north and get the 4020 moved home because fall plowing season starts Wednesday with the first job of the season

(quoted from post at 05:39:50 08/14/18) Those really are not safe shoes, let's get you to keep your toes, would be no fun without them

I prefer my Flip-Flops for welding. If I am wearing my steel toed boots and shorts the sparks get down into the boots and they don't come off quickly enough to avoid burns. :D

Who in their right mind would wear "Flip Flops" while changing tires??? Or any time for that Manor....

YT OSHA Regs clearly state that those are NOT regulation tire-changing footwear. *lol*

Showcrop -- I couldn't weld in flip flops. Heck, never could stand the feel of anything between my toes!

I suspect it doubles as a tire spoon in a pinch or 4520 has the right answer. It is hard to throw a tire
hammer especially if you don?t want to damage anything else. Ya, when I saw that foot wear in a
tire changing photo my toes curled under my feet inside my boots. Otherwise good work!

I hate em . The only time I wear is when I go to soak in the hot Pots but I can?t get him to wear pants and boots 😡😡

Always cool to see your part of the country. Tell him about how complex the foot is, one wants to protect their feet, don't take much to cause lifelong damage.
