Real horsepower numbers

This chart has been hanging in the shed for over 10 years. A neighbour gave it to my dad. It came from a farm where the previous owners father was a block man for Massey Harris and was likely used as a promotional tool at the dealer level.Most of the numbers look right, but I think the Massey tractors must have had a special tune up to get those figures. Kind of a neat piece, but I have not been able to settle any arguments with it....lol

It's before 1951 cause it has a far all C not a super C the supers came out sometime in 51

Neat chart.

Back in the day, it was common for the so-called dealer demonstrators to have considerably more power than those actually sold. The usual modification(s) were increased CR and/or RPM.
