Farmall 706 steering shazbut

Hey all! So I was baling all day the other day, then I drove the tractor about 10 miles to a different property to bale. On the way, there is about 7 miles of highway I have to take. I had been driving for about 7 miles, and when I was on the highway, I was in 4th gear in high, and the front wheels started wiggling back and forth, same with the steering wheel. I slowed her down and stopped, then they quit wiggling. I got back up to speed, they did it again. I drove very slowly to the property the last 3 miles, with it wiggling every once in a while when I would go too fast. A couple days later, I took her and I baled about 10 acres, then went to bale another 20 when the steering became less and less responsive, until I had no steering completely. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? It has enough hydraulic fluid...
Thanks!

First thing is to change the hydraulic filter. Most steerin issues with those tractors is a dirty hydraulic filter. Both hitch pump and Power steering (MCV) pump draw from the same filter. the steering pump gets starved for oil.

(quoted from post at 21:40:38 07/19/18) Are we supposed to guess that this might be a pherd tractor of some sort?

Ok. I will check that filter!

No, I put the kind of tractor in the title... I guess I shoulda put it in the body too. It is a farmall 706

As Delta said filter then fluid level. Then is the wheel turning with out the wheels when driving? Does it prime up good OR does it take a minute first to do that? Lots of options if filter and oil levels are fine. Pump,MCV, or gasket

I dont know if you are talking about me....... I have comprehended everything posted, except for the random comment that said "really?" lol!
I just havent had the time to come back here and reply.

So I went back out to the feild and looked at my tractor. I searched it up and down for a hydraulic filter, can anyone tell me where it is? And yes, I am going to look it up in my manual as well, and online, but I do prefer if someone who has one could just send me a pic or something... thanks. :)
