I learned something new watching the local noon news. The purple paint law is now law in
Indiana. I need to buy some paint.
No tresspassing

So now, everyone will be painting their fence posts with purple paint, but only those few who read this forum will know that it is supposed to mean something. Makes perfect sense to me.
(quoted from post at 18:40:37 07/18/18) In Wisconsin you don't need any signage or painted post. It you enter someone else's property You are considered a trespasser and can be fined.

You can't walk down main street naked just because there are no signs against it can you?
Why is it people think that land not posted with signs against entering means you can enter?
No different then most other laws on the books.
The offender does not know they are breaking any law until they are arrested.
Happens everyday.
This purple paint law is coming into favor because trespassers commonly tear down signs. Then when caught claim "but no signs officer"
A person has to be dumb as a brick these days to venture off on property they don?t have permission to be on...

Not all communities or towns have laws or ordinances pertaining to walking down the street naked. They cannot arrest you, because you have not broken any law.

Yes, but the ones where there is a law against it do not have a sign posted telling you there is a law against it either.
Your statement can also be true, but I guarantee that you will be arrested and hauled off to jail for [i:81118814a8]something[/i:81118814a8].
You will instead get pinched for disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, creating a public disturbance, etc. you know they will find something.
