Is there a way to override the tie system on the bale trak? How do you tie a bale that is not full size? Thanks

Need to know what baler???? They all can be made to tie/wrap on demand.

If desiring to wrap smaller diameter bale than set size just push the "wrap key" on bale trac monitor face.

all depends on what baler. on the 535 you pull the rope to make it tie. 567 and newer i believe push the wrap button

IIRC technically monitor for 535 wasn't called Bale Trac monitor just referred to as bale monitor

In reply to all who answerd. I forgot to mention the baler is a 535,It is new to me so don,t know a lot about it . But now I know why there is a short rope hanging on the front of baler. I will try that and yes it does say Bale Trak on the moniter box. Thanks to all

A 535 will tie automatically the rope is only if you need to make it tie . Get a manual for it there is knob under the right hand shield that you can set for different bale sizes up to 6 feet diameter . All the monitor does on a 535 is tells you bale shape and bale full alarm and gate latched or open . The baler will run without the monitor at all and still tie automatically although it?s not as easy to run that way
