Massey Ferguson 124 square baler

I finally got around to getting the baler in the shop this morning. I am now in need of 2 needles for it, I thought the stops worked but they apparently didn't do quite what they are supposed to. Just wondering if anyone would have a set of new or used ones they would want to sell. If anyone does, please give me a call @ 740 992-212eight. Keith

Is it possible to weld them? I have spare set for my hauler. Welded them up with a wire welder. If baler properly timed there is little force put on needles.

I was thinking the same thing. Local dealer wants $370. each compared to 125+20 shipping from Poland. I bought the baler to resell and wanted to make sure it worked right before selling it, baled about 150+ bales flawlessly then all H. broke loose (chain broke). I am glad that it happened to me rather than selling it and having it happen to a new owner that might think I cobbled it up to get rid of it, I won't sell it if I think it's not right. These needles are made of steel that's formed into a kind of channel instead of the old style cast ones that I've dealt with before. I probably could bend them back into shape if I had one that wasn't bent to go by. So if no one has one on here for sale, then I'll order them from eBay. Keith
