Tires at sears, you might want to call if you need tires

If you have a sears auto center near you and need tires, you might want to call. Ours said they would never close, but I bought a bunch of their ?Guardsman? brand name truck tires when they were cheap during the winter. Now our store is closing and they got ridiculously cheap. I?ve used their 245-75-16 load range E and other sizes on all my trucks for the last 3-4 years and have been happy. These aren?t Michelins mind you, but Michelin?s don?t plow snow good enough for me so I never buy them anyway. Maybe the warehouses are empty by now of guardsmans but you never know. Just passing it along. P.S., If you live in northern indiana, don?t worry about calling on 245-75-16?s I think I have them all!

That Guardsman tire is a soft rubber and will wear fairly quickly compared to most everything else.
