Hello,

After morning chores I was sitting on my tractor and thinking about dinner.
I put two ribeye steaks on the barbi. Mash potatoes and peas rouded up my dish. Boston lettuce salad with cuces and inions. Cherries and blueberries for fruit. Just vino to wash it all down. Here is the dish,

If I could just Get some rain! A little green patch on the radar is over me now.
The sprinkler just went off, not much rain, as they would have been tripped off my the rain sensor,

I know, but only because I married a qween! That is ribeye with a little bone in. Pink with no blood! Love is good. I have two left, bought a package of six. Come on down, will feed you like a king 👑 too,

They, besides other home made cookies, would be served with coffee for desert of course! You may need one of your trowels to stir the coffee though, as we like it robust!

We did that in the old country. Here we bend the rules at times. By the way Monday was soup day, EVERY WEEK like clock work. No meat on Friday. Now I can have meat 7 days a week. Ha! The good old days.....

Cut them in little cubes, cut length wise twice then cubed about 1/4",or thin slices. Not stick trying pan at median heat, a little butter and oil in the pan, and put in the zucchini.
Start to Saute then and add salt and pepper. Beat a couple of eggs, and cover the pan. Median heat is the setting of the stove for the final cooking too.. Two minutes covered, the you can flip them for two more minutes of covered final cooking. You can do the flipping with a dish, usually a large spatula will do it.
