youngest daughter graduated from university today with an honours degree in fine arts.
A great day spent with her! She is off to Austrailia for 6 months leaving next week.Hard to see them leave but grateful they have the opportunity to do so. Then to top it off when we got home this evening the gauge showed three quarters of an inch of rain....the first in almost a month.May have been crop to harvest after all!

Rain you say? We have had a bit here too. 2" last week then 5 1/2" on Saturday..........showers this AM..........people are starting to ask question, like "how long can you tread water"?

I think that "how long can you tread water" came from an old Bill Cosby album story in the 60's about Noah and the Arc. Remember that?

Yep exactly where i got it from. Think I was 11, maybe 12 years old at the time.
