Need help Identifying this Implement

I am trying to figure out what this was. It was left on some property that needs to be cleaned up. Thanks

Not a clue what it is, but it must have been there a long time, lawn ornament ?
Funny to see parked cars, sidewalk and fire hydrant in the background, then this old implement right up close to the street and looks to have been there 30 to 40 years.

no clue either, but would cut it out and not scrap it looks cool.

I think it is a beet lifter. Tried to find an image of one but no luck. Are/were sugar beets grown in that area?

I was thinking it is some kind of a plant digger too. Are the front wheels steered by the foot rests? It kind of looks that way.

Thanks for the information. My next question is, Would anyone want it? My Friend said he would give it to anyone that would come and get it and not scrap it. It belonged to his brother that passed away and he is the trying to clean up the place for sale. It is located near Minneapolis, MN.

As it is so many times. "If it was just closer" Seen one sell a few years ago. Was an Oliver, brought around 450 if I remember right.
