Many years ago I worked at a small manufacturing plant.

There was a lady supervisor that was... Let's just say she was not the most popular person on the payroll.

One morning she was running through the plant in here usual morning rant, complaining that she must be the only one that knows how to turn the xx%!ing compressors on.

The compressor shed was outside...

I think you have all figured out where this is going!

His aim was good!

And yes, it was very, very entertaining!

A few weeks ago I was working in my shop and one passed by me from about six feet away. I don't know if he didn't see me or didn't care, he just waddled on his way and left the building.

A few years ago our aging Boston Terrier with cataracts saw one that had emerged from under a shed and was making it's way across the yard. He saw it and thought it might be something to play with, a kitty or something. He ran up to it and tackled it, but never got sprayed. The wife was frantically calling to him and after he rolled the skunk he ran to her and the skunk just kept going. He was lucky that day. Maybe because he's black and white too the skunk thought it was one of his/her buddies.

Some years ago, one of my neighbors was setting out on her deck reading a book. She felt something tickle her toe (she was barefoot). She looked down and saw a skunk sniffing at her toe. she didn't know what to do, so she just talked to it till it walked away. Unfortunately, away was the skunks new home under the deck.

I burned a skunk living in a brush pile last summer. Not that I did it on purpose, the pile needed to go and before I set the pile on fire I told him to get out. For several months leading up to burning the pile I could smell the faint skunk stink while walking around near the pile, I figured it would run out once the pile was on fire.
