allis chalmers help please

hey guys im am new to this site and want to say thanks in advance for the help. i had a family member pass away my great grandma was a month away from being 103 the family is having to clean up the old farm and its been pretty overwhelming we have an old allis chalmers i believe its a grain drill but im not positive and don't know what year it is. it is old and in really good condition its clean inside the hoppers nothing is froze up and has been out of the weather over the years im not sure if everything is their it does look like its complete. i am trying to find it a new home but have no idea where to start not sure what to ask for a price or who to contact to try and sell i would hate to see it end up at the recycling yard but nobody in the family has room and or the use for it any more. i hope im not high jacking this post but i thought/hoping someone here can at least point me in the right direction i live out side portland oregon some of the pic didn't turn out too well but i hope it will be enough if you want to call or email ide be more than happy to talk thanks again TJ

Again if you scroll down you will find sites for different equipment makers, Allis Chalmers is the first site, post on there, you may find a buyer if you list your location.

Post it on the for sale part of the nnalert website. I have sold things on that site that went quite a distance away. Looks like
that drill is in good shape for its age

first I would like to say welcome to yesterday tractor discussion board. this is a good place to put stuff up for sale and you might want to think about posting this on the Photo adds on tractor sale stuff. this is a spot that is design to also get the word out to all of use guys who might be looking for this very nice peace of equipment. Most people like me will look on that site to. Price to be asking well this is simple find a price to put down and ask for offers taking the best price you think is right. Please also add if you can the size of this planter and the model that is on it. Like how long is it and how wide is it. I know in farming we have a lot big farm equipment. You might want to set up one of those adds they are to a really big help to sell this type of stuff. Any farm tractor tools and farm tractor parts you can do that the same way. Just a help full thought to you. Please do not worry about us not wanting stuff like this every on this site is looking for any thing you might not want. good luck and thanks for your post.

good morning tjlee, welcome to y.t., as both allisfan and brent said post this on the allis chalmers forum here, take lots of pics, front, back, sides, open the seed box and take pics of the inside of the bins. DON'T scrap or throw out any old tools or parts that your great grampa had, post pics of them here or other old tractor forums. there are hundreds of us that restore and still use this old equipment, and someone WILL be looking for that seed drill or that part or tool. I have to say tj, condolences on your great grama passing, wow to make 103 is remarkable. I hope the farm will be staying in the family. you have a great day. john

Thank you yes she defiantly lived a long life and I'm Sorry to say the farm was bought a few years ago Grandma had round-the-clock caregivers and ran out of money at one point we put the house up for on the market the real estate agent bought the house and property and worked out a deal to where she got to live out the rest of her life in the house since then they've been developing on the on the property and we had 90 days after she died to have everything out and does 90 days is up at the end of this month I've been working on downsizing selling Parts at swap meets Etc for about 5 years but this is one of those big things that I thought that my uncle Rob was going to take care of and it fell through so he gave me the job to take care of it at the last minute I know that there is also a sickle attachment for tractor they're still not sure what brand it is but I've got to do something with that and that seeder nobody in the family has room at their homes to take these big tractor implements I know my great-grandpa's use this a lot his father was a blacksmith and so it was a self-sufficient farm for many many years and it would break my heart to see if the good of the metal yard so I'm reaching out asking for anybody that would want it and use it like it should be I posted one another web allis chalmers page but I'm having problems with the pictures idk
