Hi, we had that exact tractor on our farm about
1960. It's a David Brown, I think it was mdl 3. Ours
didn't have the shroud though. It did have some
unique features. Eg: it had a rad curtain, it had a
hand clutch at the back where you could back up a
bit to hook something up while standing behind it.
It had a sliding pin to lock lift arms up when
travelling. Beautiful machine! I cut many acres of
grass for hay with it. My father imported it from

Thanks for the picture, 1950 to 1953 David Brown Cropmaster Diesel tractor but I do
not know were the tractor rally is. Starting at the begining of next month most of
my weekends will be taken up attending tactor rallies doing the ring commentry. MJ
