Kubota M5-111??

Does anyone have any experience with these or
know anyone who does? It's looking like an M6s-
111 is out of our budget for a rops tractor and
considering an M5? We had an M8200 for 15 years
and it got a lot of work done and didn't cause a
whole lot of trouble over the years. The extra hp
would be very handy for running the 50kw generator
at the barn too. The other current contender is a JD
5085M. The JD is quite a bit heavier than the M5
but for potentially the same money the extra hp
would be really handy.

The neighbours will have one soon, they had a 9000, then swapped to a 9540, it will be a M5 next. Be aware they have 3 transmission options. The old basic 8x8, the previous "HD" 12x12, and the fairly recent dual speed option 24x24.

I have an M9960 ROPS with 2X6 hydraulic shuttle, EPTO and FEL. The M9960 is the immediate predecessor of the M5-111.

I would have bought the HDC 24 power shift transmission but it is only available on cab tractors and I cannot use cab tractors due to trees.

Mine has very few hours on it but has been no trouble and I do not expect any trouble from it.
