yep pallet forks looks like used on a wheel loader.

Look real close you can see the fork going under the cutter.

someone was in a big hurry to take a picture.

Looks like a euro hitch to me, for a loader with pallet forks attached.

Ah, that makes a lot of sense. Thanks guys - I was thinking it was an adaptor for some obscure hitch type.

Not stardard euro. Hardy or wheel loader / telehandler.
