That is Roger Desberough from Suffolk England on his Atlas diesel powered Cat 60. I
think I am right in saying that Keiser Industries converted the Cats to diesel when
they were building the Hoover dam. At tractor shows and pulls Roger likes to hang it
on to the sledge and have a go. He allways gets a full pull but it takes him 20
minutes to do it. MJ

The cat 60's were built in the early 30's . Grandpa had one before his D-4 with the 4G8 serial number. His D-4 was built about 1936 or 37.
