Hi, I have a 1905 Jinma 284 compact tractor that I have just bought used. None of the gauges work except for amp meter and I don't think that it works properly. I have checked all the fusses that I can find and they are ok. I don't all the gauges would quick at the same time so I think something else is going on. Any and all help will be appreciated.

Check that they all have a good ground,I agree it is unlikely all the gauges quit at the same time, check with a tester to see if any power is getting to them and then ground them with the tester to see if they work. The oil gauge on my Mustang was not working properly, it was the power wire to it that had a bad connection, I cleaned the connection ,sprayed some electronic cleaner and the gauge is back to working.

Not sure about this jinma, but some of the diesel powered tractors run the power supply thru an oil pressure switch-check power going to----

With multiple problems, look for a common cause. There would be a common power supply to all the gauges, then they ground through sensors that are off of the gauge panel. Look for missing supply voltage. Ammeter is totally separate. Charge wire from alternator goes to one side, other side to battery at the starter switch.
