Hello, I have a white 1470 and have a problem. I plan on removing the shifter arm and cover to check it "internally" but am away for a few days so tough I would ask advice.
I have 2 shifting lever: one that does speed (neutral-1-2-3-4) and another lever that does low-hi-neutral.
the hi-low shifter seems to be misaligned. When on low, after a few minutes, the tractor gets on neutral. The shifter, instead of being front=low, middle=neutral and back=high is front=motor dies, middle=-high, back=neutral.
If i put it in high(middle position) it works and after a few minutes, it kicks back to normal and gets in neutral.
Does somebody had a similar problem or can give me an idea of what to look for when I remove the shifter cover.
