After the discussion on installing a turbo on a Farmall H it brought back the memory of my project. I had painted and installed a turbo on the 2-70 in the span of 2 weeks while operating our small dairy farm in August 1991. My father had just died in July of 91 and was a big fan of the farm tractor pulls at the local fairs. The White American 60 was 2 years old when the picture was taken and I placed 2nd with it with no modification. The turbo was a fun project even if it was a waste of time. I did have a local machine shop drill and tap the exhaust manifold to accept the turbo.

Showcrop, No only the American. I sold the 2-70 in 1994 after I quit dairy farming. I think it ended up over near New Berlin New York. If anyone has a 2-70 with an extra hole in the hood might be it. I kind of figure it got parted out long ago but you never know.
