Update on my 2 post canopy on Case 431T

My steel supplier delivered the roof that they bent according to my drawings, Friday. It is formed from a 5'x10' sheet of 16G steel. They also bent one of the drops to form the hood on another of my projects. I will do the rest of the cutting and fitting on that. The rest of the drops will get used up in my future projects. The 2post has been a slow project. I hurt my foot a couple weeks back and can't spend a lot of time working before it starts hurting badly. Oh well, lots of cold winter days left, and the shop is nice and warm.
I have all the pieces for the front grill guard cut and fitted. Just have to make all the finish welds, and prep it for paint.
Hopefully this coming week I will get all the support brackets for the roof tack welded in place on the 2 post framework. Then I can take it back off the tractor and do all the final welding on that.
Stay tuned.

Looking good! I think you may have your work cut out for you fitting that replacement tube in the bike tire...

I thoroughly enjoy seeing pictures of all your projects! There are several guys here that I look forward to seeing what they are working on, lots of highly skilled craftsmen here. Thanks for the pictures!

Nice work! I was thinking of your project yesterday when I was at the local scrap yard. In one pile was several nice two inch square tubes that had been bent into nice 90 degrees pieces just like you needed. May just get a couple!

That's looking really nice Loren! It'll feel like you have a/c next summer. You do amazing work
