Ford 3400 brake shaft and bushing install

I have a Ford 3400 that needs to have the brake shaft bushings replaced. This tractor has A 730 loader on it.
1) Can I change the shaft and bushings without removing the loader? My tape measure says I dont need to remove the loader but since I have not done this repair before, I'm wondering if there is anything I'm not seeing?
2) It appears that there are bushings and/or seals available for replacement parts. What have all of you had success with using?

You will do better to ask this on the Ford
board. Click on the link below.
As for replacing the seals on your clutch
and brake cross shaft, it is a fairly
simple job. You want to remove both foot
boards and disconnect both brake linkages
and the clutch linkage from the pedals.
Attack the cross shaft from the right side
of the tractor. Remove the circlip then
the right pedal. Then remove the bolt from
the left pegal and pull it off. Remove the
woodruff key.
Now you can slide the shaft out from the
left side. The clutch pedal will come with
it.
Am going off of memory here and know there
are a couple of washers on the shaft so
pay attention where they go. I can't tell
you if this can be done with whe loader
on. Someone on the Ford board will likely
know.
