It has been real hot in Iowa the last couple of weeks, but I am headed to Phoenix this week to work.

Maybe it will be a little cooler when I get back.

Not that bad in AZ anymore, nothing over 96 in the foreseeable future. And remember, it's a dry heat!

My property in Flagstaff, low of 26 last night. Been here at my property in Cahone, CO. For the last week, low was 24 on my gauge.

Flagstaff is at altitude up in the mountains. Not all of Arizona is low altitude arid desert. I was in Flagstaff once during a snow storm. Going south out of town, there's a downgrade with a sign, "Trucks Use Low Gear Next 11 Miles". By the time I got to the bottom of the grade, it was sunny and warm.

We were in Leadville, Colorado in July once when the high temp for the day was 38.

As goofy as the weather has been don't be surprised to find a couple of inches of snow when you get home. My thermometer seems to be stuck on 90 again today.

Left Cahone headed home to Flagstaff about noon today, all the mountain ranges from Durango north towards Silverton had snow. Get ready, it?s on the way.

While it may be hot in Phoenix I think you will find it more comfortable because the humidity is so low.
