I saw this on the wall at Cracker Barrel. It
looks like some sort of device to lift
something. Anybody know what it is?

Looks like a "Buggy Jack", to me....The Amish around here use them.

We don't have Amish around here so they have always been called wagon jacks.

That is not heavy enough to be a wagon jack,unless it's your kids little red wagon.

But it is too short to be a buggy jack and too short to be a wood wheel wagon jack. Has to be for a smaller steel wheel wagon. Some made out of wood, others steel.
