1370 Case

I own a 1370 case be up front don't know much about them, i'am not a farmer just have small acerage use it to move snow mostly, when I push in the clutch [inching] pedal the rod does not go down so for can't get it in gear. what do I need to do to fix this, please help

there be happy to help you. Sounds like just
an adjustment to me. How are the cab mounts?
