Has anyone worked on a board like this or know where to get a schematic or other service information?

It's a GSI, Grain Systems Inc, unit - the input/output board

GSI has a good website that allows you to download manuals. There you could find the connection diagram for that board, but not the schematic of anything internal. What problem(s) are you experiencing?

output bad at J8-6 which is called "Fill System #2". I hate to dig in without a schematic. The date on the board is 9521 or 21st week of 1995.

Assuming there is a relay associated with J8 pin 6, I would be swapping relays or maybe a new one.

My guess is that the outputs are Triacs. Trace back from the output pin into the board.
