I have been looking at a single axle dump truck, it would be my first of buying a dump truck it is a 2000 ford 750 with a international 7.3 diesel motor 6 speed transmission 10 foot bed,100,000 miles it looks great,no rust , tires fair, body looks great, interiorer looks great and clean the bed does have several dents from dropping big rock in it,but overall really good looking, my question is do you all think 10,000 is a fair price, it does not have a two-speed axle, THANKS FOR YOUR REPLIES

All depends on how much hauling you have to do.
Probably not a bad price for what it is.
With that said I only spent a couple grand more for a tandem dump that does everything and more that I need it to do.

I think that is a load for it. I've been looking for one for several years. I have missed out on a couple similar to the one you have located. One that I missed had a 3208 cat, (new motor) for 3500.00. Been looking at several "city trucks" for around $5000.00 similar to the one you have located. Good luck with your search.
