Fiat: fix it again Tony. Pontiac: poor old (N-Word) thinks it's a Cadillac. And don't forget the stop sign: skip town Opal's pregnant, state trooper out peein', state tax on pusy. Any others?

Not quite the same but back in 70's I bought a new Ford pickup. First thing I did was rebadge it by swapping the O and R. Was a bit of a pain but made a great conversation piece for the years I owned that truck.

Not the same, but reminds me of a saying, I learned years ago. "Son of a Buick, for Chrysler sake, if you don?t Dodge, I?ll kick you in the Nash and kick the Chevy out of you!!"

I once had a Ford pickup. Would never admit to owning a Ford (I'm a GM person). So I changed the tailgate to a chev tailgate, and where the side 150 stuff was, I put "Chevord 1500". Sure caused some conversations!

Hi Kent
There is an old guy a bit away from me I met through old tractors. I recon that's the style truck he had once that he called a cab over Edsel when he told me how good it was. If you don't happen to know what an Edsel is, it was another of the "interesting" Ford story's and is fairly rare now for a reason L.O.L.
Regards Robert

Wish you would say the reason . I really like my Edsel. Fine car with good styling in my opinion . Actually I can never understand anything except the proper company name for any car. IE poppin john farmalite Messy Harris Etc. . If someone dislikes a machine so much to use a derogatory name just sell it
and buy what you want.

It's all in good fun, right?

I'm just glad Ford is so short. It'd be a shame if the people who drive other brands would have to come up with words for more letters. Their simple brains would overload and shut down!

I can't say you're wrong with that comment! QC isn't stellar.

My sweetheart had a BMW X3 I called the kraut cutter. Now she has a BMW X5. I call it the blender. It reminds me of mom's old blender. It has more buttons than you need. She doesn't see the humor.
