It would not take much to make one,,if you can't find a replacement,,go a little bigger on the OD if you can...

Hi, if you can't find a replacement part, take it to a welding shop and have them weld it and if there is sufficient clearance weld a band around the outside. Many years ago My Dad had a forage chopper that had a similar type clutch to drive the pickup and it split just like yours. He took it to the local welder and he welded it like I described and it was still intact when he traded chopper several years later.

Put both pieces in a vise to clamp them tightly together. Now drill two 5/16" holes thru each piece, on both sides of the break.(4 holes total) Remove from the vise. Now tap two of the holes to 3/8 by 16 in each piece (4holes) and drill the other two holes a diameter a little bit over 3/8". Buy 4 grade 5 bolts and put it back together. You will need to be able to put a flat onto the sides that will have the bolt heads seated against them.
