Rotary Cutter Identification

I'm trying to figure out what type of cutter this is to replace spline. Does anyone recognize it? It has the number 127 on the gear boxes. I hadn't found anyone that recognizes it.

Not sure of the mower brand but I believe that I have a NOS gearbox visually like the wing bozes on the mower.

That gearbox was once quite common.
