Killed a helluva lot of bugs this morning painting my little 66 Wheel Horse, my first lawn tractor from about 1979. Was going to put front tires on it but stuff got out of hand, been working on it all summer. Installed a new short block in early 80s and hasn't been used much since, only thing that saved it from the junk yard. Hood was junk, fenders too, been rolled over, maybe more than once. The trolley under the frame I made for working on my Super M rims, hold the angel grinder with cup brush against and rim goes round and round, works nice for painting too. Flip it over on the wheels and it's a trolley.

we had a 502 back in those days. Had a 5 1/2 Tescumster on it. It used to blow a head gasket about once a year, and had to be cranked for an hour or more in the winter to start. We also blew the muffler off a few times and had to make a bracket to keep it from dangling down. Pop bought a Cadet with a Kohler after that, 10 horse and a bigger deck. Still couldn't outpull the WH, though.....
